vintage 30s 40s LEE SELVAGE JEANS, CROTCH RIVET, 31 Start Price USD 299.99 Current Price USD 299.99 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Tuesday, August 26, 2008 End Time Tuesday, September 02, 2008 Location Swartz Creek, Michigan See more about 'vintage 30s 40s LEE SELVAGE JEANS, CROTCH RIVET, 31' Description Up for bid is a vintage thirties or forties pair of Union Made selvage denim Lee Sanforized Riders with a crotch rivet and intense whiskering and fade as well as staining and holes.  Most of the holes have been stitched and patched except for one in the seat.  The material used to patch the right knee and crotch is a blue gabardine twill.  All of these repairs really add to the vintage look of these amazing jeans.  Even though the left leg has a large patch running the leg if you look at the inside there are only a few small holes that were patched from the inside.  It was used as a preventative measure.  The zipper is a Gripper Zipper and all of the rivets say Lee.  They come from a recent farm estate lot of clothing from the thirties, forties, and fifties that I acquired.  They have a dusty but not musty smell.  I washed some of the the other clothing in this lot and the smell disappeared completely so don't worry about it.  Don't pass up this rare find, and don't forget to check out my other vintage and new clothing up for bid.
