Featuring a super sexy shelf bust with a ruched under bust that is boned for fit and shape, it has an off shoulder portrait collar with tiny cap sleeves and a fuller than full skirt with a net crinoline around the bottom half of the underlining. The under bust closes on the side with a metal zipper and the outer layer closes on the side with a series of hooks and eyes that go clear up under the left armpit. Rhinestone brooch not included.
