Woven in lovely combination of rich dark green, oak brown, healther gold and natural white wool thread, this pattern is special because the mix of dimaonds and chevrons is exciting to look at, yet simple in design.    This special deal includes two pieces of trim woven in a set of related patterns but in two different widths.  This type of set  is perfect for when you want a narrow band around the neck or sleeves and a wider one along the bottom hem, or decorating a women’s Apron dress with strape attached. Use the narrow band on the Apron or neck of your gown, the wider for strapes, belts or wide sleeve cuffs.Buying either type of set together saves you ten dollars over buying each piece sperately and you are guarenteed to get an exact match of colors and yarn.      In short these two pieces give you enough trim to do the neck, sleeves and hem of an average man’s tunic or strapes and top of a women’s Apron dress.      The wider piece would also make a lovely, handwoven belt.   Special Notes:   Laundry Instructions:  the wool trim is best washed by hand in cold water, though it may be washed in a machine on a delicate care cycle if you don’t mind a bit of period-style felting.   *Note, don’t see what you are looking for here in the shop?  Visit the Vikingladytraders.com ebay prostore for information on special order trim!
