Thank you!Elisa Step right up and take a look at my latest design, my gothic Victorian take on a three piece suit! :) This is the "Catherine Eddows" ensemble, part of the "East End Unfortunates" line that will debut on my website in the summer/fall. This dress is made loosely following historically accurate patterns. It is made to fit over a corset, but if you can fit it without it should be fine as the top is boned and has three layers to keep a good shape. THIS WILL BE CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND IN THE FABRICS YOU CHOOSE!!! :) Fabrics include silk, taffeta, ect but do NOT include super fancy fabrics like embroidered silk, beaded fabrics, ect. but these can be used for an extra fee! PLEASE NOTE! I have only enough of that gorgeous black pinstripe material to make ONE more dress like this! After that, I cannot find that exact fabric again. I can use something similiar but this fabric is extraordinary :) Please email with any questions :) I kept the description from the original auction. Please keep in mind this is for a custom creation. The skirt is made from gorgeous black pinstripe rayon/wool blend. It is very soft and not scratchy at all! It is an A-line with a wide ruffle of matte poly satin measuring over 250". Very heavy and sweeping! The top of the ruffle is trimmed with wide black braided trim. The waistband closes with hook and eyes. Looks smashing by itself! Skirt is shown over a crinoline petticoat (not included in auction but can be added for an extra 25$) The top would fool you....it looks like three pieces, but it is actually one! The top is made of the same pinstripe material and lined with 100% cotton for breathability. The seams are all boned as well. The top features a high victorian collar and lapels in contrasting black satin, giving the appearance of a jacket. The similated vest is made from black satin as well, with black faceted buttons. The "undershirt" is off white cotton with white faux mother of pearl buttons, with lace trimming the very top of the neck, peeking out behind the jacket part. The sleeves are full length, with braided trim and off white lace adorning the cuffs. The "tie" is actually a black lace jabot, pleated into a beautiful faux antique brooch (included!) Check out the pictures but you have nooo idea how awesome this is in person!
