Description Exquisite luxury top from Valentino purchased in America as a US6 (approx UK8). As featured on the catwalk, this show stopping top retailed at almost 6000euros!!! Very similar to the style of beaded wedding dress chosen by Coleen earlier this year. In sheer 'winter white' tulle covered with hand embroidery and beading. It will reflect whatever you wear below, so looks 'nude' on the catwalk but darker when photographed on my black velvet backdrop. A spider's web background of metalic silver thread is overlaid with 'flowers' with silk embroidery thread petals, outlined with minute silver sequins & surrounded by tiny silver glass beaded tendrils. The centre of each flower has a cluster of white beads, pearls, crystals held in silver claws and silver chain links. Inbetween the main flowers are many more claw held crystals (approx 5mm each) and white beads with gold detail. The top has a silk jersey cowl neck to front and back but it is almost a shame to cover the intricate detail below with white silk embroidery & beads all around the arm-holes and the neck has 7mm irredescent square cut crystals all around it (front and low scooped back). So the top could be worn without the cowl neck for a different look if you care to snip a few stitches on each shoulder! Side zipper and double tulle lining. Purchased for a bridal top but also perfect for eveningwear. The approx measurements are max bust 80cm/32", waist 26"/66cm, hem at hip 33"/84cm. Shoulder to hem 21"/53cm. The back has a lower scoop, please email for any further pics or measurements. This item has been in storage & appears to be in perfect condition, it may have the odd snag due to delicate nature of silk thread. It is (sadly) unworn and still has all the Valentino tags - 100% authentic.
