Description:Rare and lovely Emilio Pucci day dress for Saks Fifth Avenue's EP boutique, c. late 1960s - early 1970s vintageSpecial Features:This is one exquisite dress! The color is a delicious pale periwinkle blue with swooshy, swirly geometric designs in cobalt, electric blue, blue violet and white, and of course tiny "Emilio"s throughout. Matching borders trim the hem of the flowing skirt and the long cuffs of those fab pirate sleeves, which close with 3 fabric-covered snaps apiece. Tiny electric blue self-piping runs around the neckline and ties in front for a keyhole effect. It has tiny snap-straps in the shoulders to secure your bra. The top is fitted, with help from a side metal zipper with hook-n-eye tab at the waist for extra strength, and the waistline is further defined by 4 rows of tiny gathering threads, flowing out into the swishy silky skirt. So divine! This dress feels extra delicious on as it is fully lined in bodice and skirt with periwinkle blue silk jersey. Super luxurious!
