Approx. 12" when opened by 7" high Celluloid / Bakelite or early plastic ladies folding fan. It has white ribbon woven through each panel to attach to next panel. Each panel has a unique carved out pattern. The fan has a metal loop at end with a white silk tassel attached. On outer edge reads MEI AH Works and on upper end is a crown like symbol with number 404 beneath it. In extremely good clean damage free condition for its age. An estate item.
