Though intended for a robe, (lounger) this is one beauty that I would surely wear to an awards night without hesitation! With what the stars are wearing these days, it can be done (if you have the Fashionista attitude)! After all, couture garments so luxurious as this should not be kept only for greeting those favorable enough to attend your soirée! The Maggy Rouff robe features: Champagne silk satin fabric with appliqué in metallic gold braid. Appliqué in scrolled foliate motif down side front of bodice and half-circle skirt extending across back along upper hem, set in elbow length wide cuffed sleeves, triangular lapels, self covered graduated buttons down center front, self tie belt, stiffened hem, labeled a size 6. **Please check measurements given below for a proper fit**. Silk lining at lower hem line, otherwise unlined. Hand stitched finished seams and hand applied appliqué. Labeled: Maggy Rouff 25 Avenue Mautignon. There are 32 pictures in all please view them all before placing bids. Measurements: Bust fits a 34B with a comfortable fit Waist fits to 29 inches with a comfortable fit Shoulder to shoulder seam 15-1/4 inches Sleeve 18-1/2 (Elbow length) Shoulder seam to natural waist 15-1/2 inches Hip full length from waist to hem 41-1/2 inches Sweep is a total of 228! Condition: No rips, tears to fabric. No underarm issues and no weakening to fabric. There is one small hole located at the back of the sleeve near the shoulder (see picture). On both of the sleeves there is a faint blue mark (pictured). Near as we can tell, it possibly is due from being stored with the sleeves folded onto the gold braid (it seems to match up this way) however we cannot be certain what it is from since we are not the original owners. Really wanted to take this to a professional for removing the marks but we don’t have a place here that offers that service. The marks are indeed very light and a Rouff is well worth the effort to have it sent to a restoration service. We cannot guarantee though that the marks can be removed. Some staining on the skirt (pictured) a couple of areas with tarnish to the gold braid (all pictured) . Also notice a couple of other light faint blue spots near the bottom of skirt area and some light wear in the area also a few bruise marks but nothing large, still does not distract and I had to inspect very closely to find it. No mold, mildew or dry rot to fabric, no rips nor tears and the fabric is solid. Sold as is.
