The horn at the top of his head is real and one tooth is also The piece is a Swiss or German culture ethnic masks that were worn at carnival which is like the Venetian carnival and somewhat similar to Halloween in the U.S. However, this piece is quite rare because of its age and that it is made of papier mache.
