KPB National Pageant Dress Hi Glitz' Description ***REDUCED 2 SELL*** STUNNING NATIONAL PAGEANT DRESS ***NEW - NEVER WORN*** LEVEL 6 HIGH GLITZ TALL 4/5/6 The price of this dress in no way reflects its quality!!!  I had this gorgeous raspberry and purple dress personally designed by KPB.  Unfortunately, it doesn't fit my DD (apparently I didn't measure her in the right places).  I would keep it for her to grow into, but we need the $$ for a dress that fits her now.  You won't be disappointed!!!  This dress is valued at around $1000 and my pics don't do it justice.  I've added pics of my DD wearing it.  I had to put the skirt on her hips in order to get the entire bodice in the pics.  She is a short/petite 5yr old and wears a size 4T/4.  I am guessing this dress fits a tall size 4 or a 5/6 because it laces up the back.   I absolutely hate to lose this dress!  My loss is your gain!  The stoning on the bodice is spectacular and is decorated with lace, fur, dragonflies and rosettes!!! It is made of super stretch material and the skirt is super full with an elastic waist.  It has matching hair bow and large bow for the back. I am no seamstress, but here are the approximate measurements: bodice is 13.5in top to bottom; 11in underarm-to-underarm; 21in around shoulders; 18in across shoulders (this is from end-to-end); 9.5in underarm to waist; 18.5 waist (remember it laces up in back so it will expand); skirt is approx. 9.5in long and the waist is 18.5in unstreched and 25in stretched.
