Purple and gold bellydance costume Start Price USD 175.00 Current Price USD 175.00 Time Left - Bid Count 1 Buy It Now Price USD 275.00 Reserve Price - Start Time Tuesday, August 19, 2008 End Time Tuesday, August 26, 2008 Location Kennesaw, GA See more about 'Purple and gold bellydance costume' Description Exquisite ONE OF A KIND professional quality deep purple and gold bellydance costume.  Will fit a dancer who wears dress size 14-16.   Set includes: bra, belt with attached skirt, headband, choker necklace, and arm cuffs.   This costume is a one of a kind, made by a professional bellydancer in the Atlanta area.  I created and made this costume for my personal use and cry at the thought of selling it.  Every detail is finished to a fine degree and it was well-loved and taken care of.  The bra and belt are finished with cream colored terrycloth on the inside for maximum comfort against your skin.  This material can easily be taken out and replaced with new terrycloth in the future if it becomes soiled or smells.  The terrycloth lining makes this costume as comfortable as a t-shirt!   The bra is based on a Bali Seductive Curves bra sized 38DD.  The cleavage with this bra is astounding and perfect.  Your “girls” won't be going anywhere and they will look FABULOUS.  The straps criss-cross in the back, making this costume extremely secure.  The belt is a single piece with attached skirt.  The belt hooks at the left side and the heavy duty hooks can be easily moved a few inches for a custom fit. The costume is made with deep purple and gold Silk Essence material, and includes purple and gold sequined appliques and fringe.  The gold fringe is authentic Egyptian glass fringe from Turquoise International, a recognized retailer of fine quality costume fringe.     The skirt is attached to the belt and is a "carwash" style, with layered pieces of alternating gold and purple fabric, and covers your legs well without harem pants, although you could add pants or a coordinating sheer skirt for modesty. Skirt length is best on someone from 5’4” to 5’ 6” tall.  Cuffs cover most of the lower arm and finish in a point on the hand, with gold fringe dangling on the underside.     Belt will fit approximately 39-42"hips, and can easily be resized by moving the heavy-duty hooks.  Bra will fit a 34-36 DD cup, also has movable heavy-duty hooks. I used a “double security” style hook for this bra, with one set of hooks facing one direction and another hook facing the other at the end of the bra to ensure no embarrassing on-stage accidents! Bra is finished with 4" gold glass fringe all around, with an 8" drop at the center of the front.   You are getting a ONE OF A KIND, incredible costume used in stage and restaurant performance.  This was  the last costume I made and has worn a handful of times. This costume will make you the center of attention, there's not another one like it in the entire world!    This is strictly a professional dancer's performing costume, not a cheap Halloween costume.    This costume is sold AS-IS and may require some minor repairs.
