It has thirteen layers of tulle with ruffled tulle panty.  The main color is light blue with beadwork and trims in different color blues and gold. The pictures do not do it justice, if you need more please email me. It also includes two different sets of arm bands (see picture) with matching trim and beadwork as well as a rosette type hairpiece. I used this for Le Corsaire and Grand Pas Classique, but it could be used for many different ballets.  Tutus of this design and quality sell easily for more than $700.00. This tutu is small, but the hooks can be moved to accomodate either larger or smaller sizes.  The measurements are approximate.  Contact me for more detailed measurements.  Bust:  30 in.
