It is the style "Lucy".  The picture is from the website (note, that is a model wearing the dress, not me :)- but I have MANY pictures of it on and off the rack-- will add them up soon. Email me for a quick list of them.  Wait til you see the back of the dress!!!The vineyard collection was featured in the following magazines: In Style, Brides, The Knot, The Wedding Channel.  A VERY similar style, called "piper" was often the featured gown of the advertisement. This dress is more of an A-line fit to it. I got a million compliments and I think the style is flattering to most body types because it is fitted through the hips and has a drop waist.  The ruching style makes for EASY alterations-- your seamstress will be able to take it out or in much easier than styles with designs or beading. This is a size four, and I did not need it taken in except for a little at the top (I wear a size C bra) so the body is original fit. You can choose to wear a bra cup under it if you need more lift in the chest.  This is the ideal dress for a petite woman, as it is a size 4 and altered for someone who is 5'5". If you are shorter than that you can of course hem it. The color is "white" but next to diamond white you can see it has a more gentle tone. Because the material is taffeta is its very lightweight and feels amazing-- you can definitely dance in this dress!! It looks GREAT with the short train which I had out for the ceremony, but busseled it for the whole reception- and the bussel is just gorgeous!
