Some of the flowers are solid blue and some have a thick outline of blue. Moving from flower to flower is a blue swirling vine design. All of these lovely flowers have a detailed center with a touch of light blue. The straps are black with smooth flexable and adjustable elastic. The bust area has a thin lining and crosses over from right to left tucking into the empire waise. Beginning from the outer bust seam are pleats and there are pleats starting at the empire waist moving upward into the bust.  There are also pleats starting from the empire waist across the front draping downward.
