It also has a crindolin under it. My little girl only wore it in 3 pageants and done well.  There is nothing wrong with this dress, I kept it in good shape and kept it hanging up in the black bag that you see behind it.  I'm getting rid of it because my little girl is outgrowing it.  The lenght is 42 inches.
