I believe this may also fit a small lady, but check measurements before bidding, since I cannot take a return. It's made with 100% cotton and has a cotton underskirt attached. The floral pattern is very thin wale corduroy and the plaid is cotton. It has snaps from the high waist up and a hidden zipper on the left side. There's one chest pocket. There's a row of pink rick-rack going around the high waist and floral ribbon trim going around the bottom of the dress and slip. It's about 18" across the front at the underarm seams and almost 15" across the front of the high waisted rick-rack. It measures about 44" long.
