These are Nike originals and over 15 years old.After doing more research on thses older shoes,it has come to my attention that most are offered as collectors pieces only.while there appears to be nothing wrong with these,several other sellers say they are prone to breakage due to the age of the materials if they are used.I can guarantee that they are new in the box and never even been laced.I cannot guarantee that they would be durable should you choose to take them out on the court or use them for everyday wear. I found these in an out of the way store that was trying to reduce their inventory which consists of several rooms full of shoes that have been collecting dust on their boxes for years.I have arranged with the owners to list some of these for them and bring outstanding values to you.I have found these shoes on a couple of different websites selling for over $350 a pair or more(rairairshoes and theshoegame .com websites).There description states...."An original pair of Nike Air Raid II released in 1992 .Here is an early 90's classic shoe in a exceptional, rare colorway. These were called the "Peace" colorway because for a number of reasons. Firstly, the colors on the midsole are based on African-American art and secondly, the rear boot loop clearly states "Live Together" and "Play Together"." Originally Released in Late 1992 the production date stamped inside the box is 2/93.Two corners of the box are split but other than that and a little dust outside on the box,this is one sweet vintage pair of shoes. The research I have been able to do has shown me that many of these 1990's style shoes have increased tremendously over the years.Feel free to make an offer but note if it is one that has appreciated in value someone else might buy them out from under you while I am either at work or trying to decide if it is a good deal for both of us.
