This dress has amazing detail and is loaded with stones.  The measurement are starting at 21in waist and chest I believe but my dd is 23 1/2 chest and 21 1/2 waist and there is still plenty of room to grow.  It has an elastic waist band around the top of the skirt instead of just material so it is very flexable and as you can see the back laces up. We are the second owner of this dress but it is only about 6 months old and has only been worn at the most 5 times. There are some tan stains as for we do tan. This dress comes from a smoke free home. I will include with the dress earings, hair pieces, and a choaker.  I cannot begin to express how amazing and beautiful this dress is and I hate to let it go but we are taking a break for now.  This dress has never scored below 10 pluses and has always won best fashion.
