My dd wore this one time for about 1 hour. I think there is about 3 missing stones but i will include those in a little baggie, i'm just not very crafty, (I'm bound to glue myself to the dress). The starting price does not reflect the quality, the economy is so bad right now I just want to sell it, and I'm trying to be realistic. Dress is China Blue in color and will fit a 3-4t.Super full cupcake style skirt.  It has maribou with little stoned roses and venice lace that is glitzed that dangles just off shoulders. I have snaps inside of dress that can be adjusted for height. My daughter is little so it's set currently for a small 3 with ALOT of room. The shoulder piece(off the shoulder) will come in a bag,with the thread to fit your child, I had to adjust it once so I know it won't be the same for your child, it only takes two stictch per strap, I just do not want tosnag the dress. Dress comes w/ choker, and a bow for the hair,socks, skirt, bodice, bustle, simple blue stud earrings, underwear "diaper" cover.
