It is extremely flattering when you put it on. It is long, and gives a smooth, lean appearance. It drapes subtantially and has a nice swish when walking! It truly is spectacular! It is Italian 46. It measures 17" across the back shoulder to shoulder. It measures 40" armpit to armpit. It is 44" long. Note the buttons stop at the waist. This makes it even more flattering. This looks great with slacks that swish out when walking. Unlined. There is an extra button sewn on the fabric tag. it is 86" wook and 14% acrylic and does have a bit of stretch.
