The dress on auction is called S-Frilly -- Blue floral party dress...it is fairly amazing & completely lined in a flannel fabric with dancing robots...the sheer printed organza with all-over printed baseball with wings, Bipie on rollerskates with coffee pot, flying soda drinks & floating hamburgers...it has double ruffles on the underskirt & the overskirt had drawstrings with hearts on the rnd that you can pull tight for a ruched appearance...it is so darn cute! You will get a kick out of it & have a ball with all the comments & compliments...this is one of those kind of things that won't pop up often...it has zero signs of wear so in my best judgement it is NWOT... 100% Authentic Always!
