This hat is made of Wine Crushed Velvet. The hat is lined with black satin . Hat will fit 21-23" head.Brim has a wire sewn into the edge so brim can be shaped to please. Hat brim is edged with a black cotton bias binding to encase the wire. Hat is not solid but it is sturdy enough to hold its own shape.Hat has a white extra heavy weight stiffener sewn in.
