All are in excellent condition with no known imperfections or defects. Communication is the key! Our items are listed as accurately as possible but we are NOT as perfect as we like to think we are. Therefore we cannot emphasize enough that it is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the photos and ask questions before bidding. Do not bid if all your questions or concerns are not answered. By placing a bid, you have acknowledged that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of our auction. We reserve the right to cancel bids. INSURANCE: FedEx shipments automatically include loss and damage coverage of up to $100 and USPS insures for the value of the purchased insurance. For your protection, we require supplemental insurance and an adult signature upon delivery for all items with a shipment value over $250. The insurance cost for FedEx shipments is $0.50 per $100 value over the first $100, with a $1.50 minimum; USPS insurance is slightly higher; signature fee is $2.50. All required insurance and signature confirmation fees will be added automatically during our checkout/payment process. SHIPPING Our general shipping policy applies (insured/signature required). Unless a flat shipping fee is stated, our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. Generally our preferred shipping carriers: For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and will not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. A signature will be required for shipments with a value over $250.... NO EXCEPTIONS. Merchandise will ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation. International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping until the auctions are complete. Please contact us prior to payment if you have won multiple auctions within a few days and we will adjust the shipping costs if we can save you money. LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available if prearranged prior to bidding as noted in the description. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee. All local pick up items must be paid for within 24 Hours and picked up within 3 days of the close of the auction. We can accommodate up to 5 days if prearranged. RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is important to us. 2554 Outlet strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. PAYMENT Forms of Payment: We accept PayPal and Visa or MasterCard. For credit cards, we only ship to the billing address associated with that card. We DO NOT ACCEPT Money Orders, personal checks, Pay Pal E-checks or money wires at this time. Tax: All in California residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. Prompt Payment: Checkout must be completed within 24 HOURS of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period.
