It is a beautiful shade of yellow with gorgeous aqua-blue accents. The judges absolutely loved this dress.  It received so many wonderful comments on the color and how beautiful the dress looked on stage. It has a super full 8" skirt. The back laces up so the chest and waist measurments are very adjustable. It is slightly off the shoulders and measures 11" from shoulder the the bottom of the bodice.  This is a true winner.
