This amazing dress shorts are khaki color with pencil stripes inner layer and are directly from the 2007 Spring/Summer runway collection.  These dress shorts have a button and zipper in front, side pockets and two rear button down pockets. These shorts are a Euro size 48 which is equivalent to US size 32.  These dress shorts were bought at Holt Renfrew Canada www.holtrenfrew.com (can provide receipt upon request!!) and retail price was $750 CAD plus sales tax (see pictures)!!! and I got them during their summer clearance sale.  They are made with 100% cotton which are really light weight and comfortable. Perfect for spring and summer.
