It is out of a Lovely Lite-Blue Jacquard trimmed with Black satin and Black lace. The fitted bodice has a dropped waist that dips down into a point in front. It is trimmed in the front and back neckline with a Black satin band and Black lace edge and adorned on the left front side with a Black satin bow. The short pouffy sleeves have a Black satin band with a lace edge that goes down the center and are adorned at the cuffs with Black satin bows. Sleeves have elastic on the shoulders so dress can be worn on or off the shoulders. The full ball gown skirt has a Black satin band near the bottom and a wider band just above it that goes up on the left front side and is adorned with a Black satin bow with streamers. A Black satin bow adorns the center back also. Dress has a zipper on the back and bow with streamers at back waist. It is pictured over a large hoop that is Not included in this auction.
