Each 2.25" wide strap overlaps the next and all are riveted in place. The waistband, made of heavy belt weight latigo, adjusts at each side with roll buckles. The length is 11.5" at the longest point in front and one inch longer back.The actual measurement of the kilt adjusts from 36"- 42", (which corresponds to APPROX. pants size of 35-39")  PLEASE ACTUALLY MEASURE yourself at lower waist, where the waistband of the kilt will be.The kilt is decorated with small cone studs.
