LOT 6 VINTAGE WOMENS COCKTAIL PARTY DRESSES 1950s 1960s Start Price USD 19.99 Current Price USD 26.00 Time Left - Bid Count 3 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Friday, October 10, 2008 End Time Friday, October 17, 2008 Location Marcellus, New York See more about 'LOT 6 VINTAGE WOMENS COCKTAIL PARTY DRESSES 1950s 1960s' Description WOMENS VTG COCKTAIL DRESSES We are back on eBay again after our summer of shows.  We have been buying steadily, and are excited to be back online for the fall and winter and to offer many, many great groups of vintage to our friends here!  As usual we are planning to use the next few weeks or more to sell many great items in groups to make room for our newest inventory.  Please keep an eye out for many lots to come containing womens clothing from the 20s through the 70s with an emphasis on dresses, dresses, and more dresses......  As always, feel free to email any questions, and if you are in need of something that you do not see, let us know!!!  We probably have it!!!In this auction we are listing a group of womens vintage cocktail dresses from the late 1950s- 1960s.  Many or all of these items have issues due to age and wear, but can either be repaired or are fantastic simply for design and fabric.  All are wearable, some with work.  There are six items in total, and I will list each in the order of the pictures.    1:  Emerald satin wiggle dress with acetate backed bodice, slightly stiffened skirt, and back metal zipper.  There are snaps on the sleeve cuffs for extra fitting.  Light soiling under the arms in the lining, a few small marks, a tiny hole at the center back of the skirt, and a few popped seams at the top of the slit at the back hem of the skirt.  Small.  2:  From the Addis Co. of Syracuse size 18 white lace over lemon acetate sleeveless sheath with front pockets, back nylon zipper, and matching coat.  This piece has trim and buttons in coordinating lemon linen.  Some light soiling and discoloration under the arms in the lining of the dress only.    3:  Brief Originals size 14 champagne floral brocade satin short sleeve wiggle with back metal zipper, covered belt, and matching jacket.  Both the skirt of the dress and the jacket have acetate linings.  Underarm soiling on the dress and scattered marks on both pieces.     4:  I had two of these pieces - it's mate is in my other auction this evening.  Pink floral lace over acetate blend mini with organdy wired ruffles at the neckline and cuffs.  Back metal zipper and wide satin belt with front bow.  A few small holes and a stain on the ruffle, a small mark on the inner shoulder lining, and few light marks on the inner lining of the skirt at the back hem.  Medium.     5:  Jodeen Original white floral brocade satin blend trapeze dress with back metal zipper.  Just a few small, light marks on the skirt.  Small.       6:  Petty Hite Fashion pink silk blend sheath with acetate lining, back metal zipper, and cutout neckline with seed beads and prong set rhinestones.  A few pinprick holes at the lining of the hem- I think it was hemmed up at some point.  A little lightening in the under arm lining.  Large.      Please ask us questions at anytime- we are always happy to combine shipping on purchases!!  Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction's end or we reserve the right to re-list our items.
