LOT 11 VTG WOMENS DRESSES JACKET BLOUSE 1930s 40s 50s Start Price USD 19.99 Current Price USD 46.00 Time Left - Bid Count 4 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Monday, October 06, 2008 End Time Monday, October 13, 2008 Location Marcellus, New York See more about 'LOT 11 VTG WOMENS DRESSES JACKET BLOUSE 1930s 40s 50s' Description WOMENS DRESSES, BLOUSE & JACKET 1930-1950sWe are back on eBay again after our summer of shows.  We have been buying steadily, and are excited to be back online for the fall and winter and to offer many, many great groups of vintage to our friends here!  As usual we are planning to use the next few weeks or more to sell many great items in groups to make room for our newest inventory.  Please keep an eye out for many lots to come containing womens clothing from the 20s through the 70s with an emphasis on dresses, dresses, and more dresses......  As always, feel free to email any questions, and if you are in need of something that you do not see, let us know!!!  We probably have it!!!In this auction we are listing a group of womens vintage dresses, blouses, and a jacket from the 1930s through the 1950s.  Many or all of these items have issues due to age and wear, but can either be repaired or are fantastic simply for design and fabric.  All can be wearable, some with work.  There are eleven items in total, and I will list each in the order of the pictures.    1:  Cream and black crushed (crinkled?) crepe deco inspired 30s, 40s long gown with rhinestone clip at the front neck, cutout and draped sleeves, wide attached fabric belt with diamond shaped back buckle, and long skirt with fishtail pleat at the back, front slit and two side slits as well.  The bodice snaps at one side and buttons at the back neck, leaving a long, open slit up the back bodice- very sexy.  Some of the seam binding needs to be re-sewn, there is a small tear at the top of one slit, and there is a brushmark on one side of the skirt that comes off with a fingernail.  The cream top has some soiling and small marks, there are some tucks taken under the sash that can be removed, and the back of one snap is missing. The rhinestone clip is missing some stones.  This is a divine piece!!!  Small.  2:  Silvery charcoal silk taffeta jacket and matching skirt.  The jacket has a small glass button at the front for closure, back piping scallop and ruched sleeves, and a small, scalloped stand up neck.  The skirt has a side metal zipper and button.  The skirt has one small repaired slit and some small marks, and the jacket just has a few tiny marks.  Medium to large.    3:  British Lady crepe blend printed dress with side metal zipper, pleated bodice, and rhinestone buttons on the side neck.  Many tiny holes on the back of the bodice and the back of the skirt.  Large.      4:  Black crepe dress with metal zipper at the back neck and side, shoulder pads, ruching and piping at the bodice, and rhinestone trim at the front neck.  Both underarm seams have popped, and one has some pulling and wear.  There is some underarm soiling and more on the skirt, and some holes along the bottom of the skirt hem.  The trim is missing 4 rhinestones and needs to be re-sewn.  Small to medium.          5:  Camellia pink rayon and ecru net lace blouse with buttons up the back.  Light shoulder pads.  A small tear behind one button and a small watermark on the bodice front.  Small.       6:  Red and black crepe blouse with buttons down the front.  Light soiling at the back neck, shoulders and underarms, and a few small tears under the arms as well.  Medium.         7:  Petite Lady Modes black crepe jacket with glass buttons, shoulder pads, and ruching at the waist.  Underarm soiling, one button is missing, a few other soil marks and one small hole.  Medium.8:  Navy crepe dress with tucks at the bodice front, lace insets under the ruffled sleeve hems, and side metal zipper.  Some reddening on the shoulders, one stain and one lightened mark, and two other small marks.  Large.         9:  Black crepe button down dress with shoulder pads and woven bands appliqued in a diagonal pattern on the dress front for decoration.  Light soiling to the inner neck, many buttons are missing the rhinestone centers, and reddening along one shoulder and sleeve edge.  Large.10:  Black and white print crepe mini dress with tucks along the rounded collar and wide band along the hem.  Pullover style.  A little gentle wear along the front neck and a few small, light marks.  Cute and handmade.  Medium.       11:  Navy crepe dress with ruched shoulders and shoulder pads, covered buttons at the back neck, side metal zipper, and tucks and seams down from the bodice to flare out at the skirt hem.  Some light soiling, a few tiny marks and some wear to the seam under one arm.  Two of the buttons are missing from the back neck and there is a little wear to the bottom of the seam as well.  Large.Payment may be made by cashiers' check, money order or Paypal.
