OK, so here's the story of these shoes, and why I have a pair to sell if they are sold out. I bought these at the Comme des Garcons boutique, and I just fit into them, but to be perfectly honest, I really needed a medium. They were sold out of the M the day they received them. I wanted them so badly that I took a small. Well, I was able to get my hands on a M for myself, so I am selling the S. I currently wear a 38 or US 8, and the Smalls are a little tight on one of my feet. My guess is that if you are a 6 1/2 to 7 1/2, they will be perfect for you. I just don't know how he can get away with sizing shoes in S, M, and L, but he does. These shoes, like the Ann Demeulemeester sandals that I also have up for auction, should be displayed on a shelf for all to admire, they are such works of art! They just take my breath away! And they are classic and modern at the same time. Take a look at the heel- a work of art. Actually reminds me of the Charles and Ray Eames carved stools. The shoes measure approximately 9 1/2" or 24 cm on the innersole, and the heel is a very comfortable 2 1/2". All leather with 3 snaps for closure and a carved wooden heel. A little pricey, but so worth it. I would rather have a few really fine pieces than a bunch of stuff that will fall aprt after one season. You will wear these forever and ever- they are timeless!
