Fan is 9 1/4" long and made of Ivory with painted Silk glued over only one side of the Ivory with intracate lace designs. Ivory is designed with sold paint. Fan is in good Condition, the silk is frail and broken and some of the slats are broken and one had a very old repair. Think this to be english around 1840.
