From top of the shoulder seam to the bottom of the petal - 19 1/2 inches.   The Skirt:  Elastic waist band measures 22 inches at its smallest and 32 inches at its largest.  The length of the skirt - 22 1/2 inches.  The hem - 1 1/2 inches.  (I believe that the material is a light weight wool, but I am not entirely sure, it may be a blend of some sort.)   The Plaide (Shawl): Same rich forest green material as the skirt. (see second photo for close up of the material)   The Brooch: Silver tone, Celtic knot design, 2 inches in diameter. (see second photo for close up of the pin)   Outfit from a smoke and pet free home.  Blouse and underskirt are not included.
