Just under upper bodice and along shoulder straps are sewn beautiful mauve ribbon roses. The bodice has an open back which laces up with blue satin ribbon. The back lacing makes the size very adjustable. It fits a bust of 22" to 26" ans waist of 19" to 23". From underarm to hem it measures 8". The cupcake skirt is made of blue organza. There are three lining layers each with a row of fishing line hemmed ruffle. Over that are two top layers with fishing line hems. The uppermost layer has scattered mauve ribbon roses. This skirt measures 10" long (not including waistband). It fits a waist of 18" to 23". The large blue bustle bow has mauve ribbon roses at the center. It is attached to a separate elastic waistband.
