HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO VENTILATE A FULL WIG:  Experienced ventilators complete a wig in about 40 hours.  For beginning ventilators, most sites suggest it may be done in 6- to-8 weeks.  Based on my own experience and that of others who started from scratch -- that is who learned to ventilate to complete a wig and had no prior experience -- we find it is more like 3- to-6 months unless one has time to sit 40 hours weekly to work on the unit. Then you may indeed complete it in 6- to-8 weeks. We recommend completing at least one unit from beginning to end. After that, especially if you are ventilating for resale, save time by ordering stock units and altering them to custom. It is much faster and, as you will develop a relationship with your supplier and know that you are receiving excellent grade A to AAA+ hair, this can save you volumes of time.  You can even ship hair, netting and other supplies, if you desire, so that you are confident only the best materials are used to create your units.
