I made this for my daughter's pageant. It received rave reviews from the judges. It looks beautiful on stage. The close fitting gown flares at the hips and the back extends into a train, it has a halter neckline and dips down in the back. Accented with 100's of Swavorski AB rhinestones. Made in the USA by Sew Special Designs 100% Polyester, Hand wash or dry clean Worn only once. No stains, rips or tears in like new condition. I give the full description of the garments plus the measurements so there should be no reason to return the garment.
