charlotta Store Hi! Welcome to the sixth year of auctioning my one-of-a-kind, fantasy couture costumes on Ebay!! Our family is expecting a new baby in December so my work has not been as prolific through this pregnancy. SO....if you see something you like, bid on it and win it...NOW!! There will only be a FEW very special pieces this October. Over 100 hours have been spent planning, dyeing, deconstructing, and reconstructing this dress it into a fantastical fairy finery! DETAILS EACH vintage embellishment; including sequin, lace, flowers, velvets, and trims have been individually dyed and lovingly HAND STITCHED into place on the bodice (say NO to glue!!). Endless layers of specifically dyed tulle abound around your hips in this attached full tu-tu that stands by itself. Glitter, pearls, sequins, and vintage Austrian crystals ooze "Marie ('Let them eat cake!') Antoinette" decadence. SIZE The back is corseted with a privacy panel to ensure a perfect fit on variety of sizes (at least US 2-8) (A-C cup) and to allow you to discreetly wear the most flattering undergarment of YOUR choice. Bust: 32-38 inches Waist: 22-32 inches Hips: Free WINGS Wings are of ethereal iridescent organza and made to slip between the corseted back and YOU for super easy removal and a natural look and flow (your wings are actually GROWING out of your back!!!) A whimsical crown of matching tulle, lace and florals is included. Magical bubbles or Fairy dust will be the finishing touch! < CARE: Though the gown may look intricately delicate, it is actually very sturdy and can handle your friskiest of fae frolicking. Each recycled piece has been thoroughly cleaned/sanitized prior to creation! Dry clean as you would any other formal attire. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Due to the nature of creation, there will NEVER be another gown anything like this....EVER!! If you love it, do not pass it up as this is your one and only chance to own this Reveries of Solace Original!!!! NO RETURNS so ask questions accordingly! A BIT ABOUT ME: Thanks for continuing to read! Most of my designs are created in a manner that lends themself to a look that is tattered, but I assure you, everything I do is with the upmost care and precision. I am a perfectionist to a fault and am not about to invest large amounts of time into something that will not last or is poorly constructed. With THAT said it is also important for you to know that I am NOT a professional seamstress. I DO NOT work from patterns. If alterations are needed, it is wisest to have them done by your local trusted seamstress that can hands on fit the creation to you. Almost everything I use is vintage and or pre-owned. I do not throw a single scrap away and will undoubtedly be using remnants from this dress in creations to come as well as have used pieces of up to SEVEN prior works of art for this! I like to think of this as one of the ways I am "green" and can help our planet while rescuing fashion!! Thanks for taking the time to view my auction and work!!
