Casual and cute..this set is perfect for school Christmas parties or any holiday function. Dress buttons on shoulders and has "Little Miss Christmas embroidered on bodice with appliqued Christmas lights. Skirting is double layers with underlayer in white with a cute princess elf appliqued. Bottom is gathered slightly and finished with red trim. Top layer is red polka and front has ribbon draw strings on each side and tie in front. Leggings are made of green and white stripe knit and are super comfy with an elastic waist. Bottoms are serged.     All appliques are hand cut, heat bonded, and secured to fabric with a tight satin stitch. All seams are professionally serged for longevity.
