The same velvet and braiding is on the cuffs. The costume includes a well made matching vest with attached gold shirt sleeves. The neckline is holding a lace jabot.  The costume comes with black knickers, white socks, and buckles for your shoes.  Fantastic look that will catch the eyes of many.
