The length from center of the bodice to the hem is about 15 inches not including the halter strap with can raise of lower the length as desired.  My daughter has a 21 inch chest and had about another inch of let out on the chest.  It can be taken in also as there are hooks on the superstretch.  My daughter just wore it two weeks ago and won at NES New York.
