It is black and folds down to a very small size. It's in extremely good condition for its age. Not torn just a bit worn. Still opens and closes very well. measures 23" long fully opened and 15" with handle closed. The black umbrellas part is ruffled and measures @ 19" round.Handle and top knot is wood and then there's a silver looking round slip that slides to let the handle open or close.
