It was a little big on her, she loved to match her doll! Both dresses in excellent condition! ~ American Girl's Chocolate Cherry Size 14 (Girls) Dress ~ This dress is a retired piece from 2005. It has a burgundy/cherry red velvet bodice and the bottom is made of a chocolate nylon taffeta type fabric and has a lining with net crinoline. The back of the dress has a zipper closure and a sewn-on ribbon for tying. Included is an animal print fur collar fabric with a beautiful red jewelled embellishment. The collar also contains black cord hooks for closure and snap-on attachments for security to the dress. Two animal print fur cuffs with velcro attachments in the same fabric and a headband with a red jewelled embellishment complete this outfit. I have taken several pictures of this dress to try and show you the fine detail. Please note some pictures make the dress look like it is more of a bright red, but it is much closer to a darker red in color. In the last picture, I flipped a couple of the accessories to show the beautiful cherry red satin lining. For your Doll: Dress your doll to look as sweet as sugar! This ensemble includes a cherry-red dress with velour bodice with a taffeta bow, a chocolate-brown full skirt, a detachable faux-fur collar with a fixed rhinestone brooch, and furry cuffs. Also included are her elegant brown slippers. The dress from shoulder to hem is about 44 inches, the waist is 13 inches across, and the chest part from side to side (underarm to underarm) is 14 1/2 inches. Neck to waist is 12 inches, the sleeves are about 19 inches long...
