I don't know the age but it must be pre-Taliban and black Bhurka era.  Designs and patterns you see are all sewn embroidery, and not so much as a loose thread that I have found.  Most certainly feels and looks sturdy enough to dry clean without concern.  Dress is 43 inches long, from the CENTER of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Sleeves are 25 1/2 inches long from shoulder seam to cuff.  Cuffs are a wide bell-bottom style, 11 inches at the opening laying flat, 22 inches all around. Probably meant to allow air to circulate.  This is on a form that has a 34 1/4 inch bust and a 25 1/2 inch waist. The dress hangs comfortably on it but loose.  Will readily fit a torso a few inches larger and / or good size "Cups", or whatever.  Looks sun faded to me? but very EVENLY so - no patchy or mismatched areas.  Shipping to lower 49 is 7.49.
