Postage: We are trying to be as fair as possible with regards to postage and packaging, the prices shown includes packaging items such as mail bags and tape, the postage service provided either Royal Mail or Parcelforce and employees commission. Returns: I do accept returns as long as they are returned to me within 7 working days, if the item is damaged on arrival then you will be able to get all your money back, if the item does not fit then you can send it back but you will be liable for postage costs for sending replacements out, if you want a refund then it will be the cost of the item only. Please send the item back to me with a header letter explaining your problem, please include your username, the item number(s), postage money and any other details you may think I need to know. I will not accept anything which is sent back to me without a warning so email me first, this way you can get my returns address as well. If I have sent out the wrong item please email me and I will sort it out for you. Payment: I prefer paypal, but I have a requirement for all paypal purchases, the account must be verified or the address confirmed if it is not then the item will not be shipped. Paypal fraud is high and to protect the buyers as well as the sellers it is in your best interest to verify your account or better yet, confirm the address. I will only ship items with a value of £40 and over to confirmed addresses. If you pay with a verified account but the address name is different to the card payer then you may find your payment is immediately refunded. If you pay with cheque I will only ship the item after 5-7 working days after the cheque has been banked. Postal orders are the best option by far, but this is only available to UK ebayers, as soon as the postal order is recieved the item will be shipped.
