Description 400 PC Clothing Lot ~ 8P, 10P, 12P, 14P ~ Estate Sale! Description :This lot is a pre-estate sale! We have not had the sale yet. They have NOT been picked over by ANYONE. Not even us!! These are all the garments from one home. The combination of two womens wardrobes. Majority of the garments are new with out tags or new with tags. We have counter over $1600 retail in store tags. There are many more garments we did not have time to get to due to the high volume. The manifest below is an actual inventory of the closets. There were 5 large closets filled in the home with garments. The two women were both petite sizes and wore 8P, 10P, 12P, and 14P some 16P. Plus some other various sizes. One woman went on a huge shopping spree before she passed and so appx 70% of the closets are new with tags or new without tags. The other 30% of the garments have been worn but; still look great! There is a very small portion of garments that show wear but; they are alfred dunners and koret so we included them due to the demand for the names. Anything junky or dirty was removed and thrown away. There will still be only a hand full of garments with a spot here or there but; we have noted them below. There might be more than 400; that is where we stopped counting. We are still going thru the house and if we locate more stored, we will include those also. The shipping is for ONE box! It will take atleast 4 or 5 boxes to ship all of it. I expect the cost to be around $200 to $250 total. I have shipped a lot this size before and it was $240 total. So give or take a few bucks depending on where it is to be shipped. The photos of individual garments are NOT necessarily the best they were just first in line in the closet & easy to reach.
